Results Available From Second Pedestrian Plan Survey
Spokane Regional Health District, SRTC, the City of Spokane, and the Regional Pedestrian Plan Committee are working to develop a Regional Pedestrian Plan. Because feedback from people who use current pedestrian facilities is critical in developing the details of the plan, the groups above put out a survey in October 2008 asking for input on solutions to walking barriers to that were identified in an earlier survey. New SmartRoutes Website

Thank you to all the people who helped make the SmartRoutes Community Rally a big success, including the people who showed up to learn about the plan to bring improved non-motorized transportation options to Spokane. For more information, check out the new SmartRoutes website by clicking here.
