MTP / Horizon 2050
Every four to five years, SRTC is required to develop and update the region’s long-range transportation plan, which is known as a Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP).

Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)
A Transportation Improvement Program (or TIP) is a comprehensive four-year program of regional transportation investments of all types: maintenance and preservation of existing roads, construction of new roads, public transit improvements, etc.

The Unified List is a communications tool used to inform state legislators and federal congressional members of current regional priorities with the intent to strategically position projects and requests for future funding opportunities.

Travel Demand Model
The Travel Demand Model analyzes how people use the regional transportation system and forecasts future travel behavior.

Call for Projects 2027 - 2029
This call for projects is awarding funding from the Surface Transportation Block Grant (STBG) Program, the STBG Set-Aside Program, the Congestion Mitigation & Air Quality (CMAQ) Program, and the Carbon Reduction Program (CRP) to eligible jurisdictions and agencies in Spokane County.
