SRTC Unified List of Regional Transportation Priorities
The SRTC Unified List is a communications tool used to inform state legislators and federal congressional members of current regional priorities. It seeks to strategically position projects to secure future funding opportunities. SRTC updates a state and federal version of the Unified List annually. The SRTC Unified List includes policy statements and critical investment priorities that aim to improve the performance of the regional transportation system.
Unified List Project Evaluation Criteria
The Unified List includes a variety of project types supported collectively by members of SRTC with consideration for equity, economic vitality, and safety among other screening criteria that indicate beneficial outcomes to both the state and the region.

2027 Unified List Development Process
The Unified List is intended to maintain a consistent set of regional transportation priorities, support coordinated funding and legislative efforts, and incorporate new projects and priorities as they emerge, while remaining aligned with the region’s long-range transportation planning goals.
Each year, SRTC member agencies submit projects for evaluation and possible inclusion in the Unified List. Eligible projects must align with the agency’s current legislative agenda, demonstrate regional significance, and be consistent with SRTC’s fiscally constrained Metropolitan Transportation Plan.
See the Unified List project submittal materials for information on the project submission process.
Unified List Project Submittal Materials
Sponsor agencies must submit completed project submission forms to SRTC by June 12, 2026 to be considered for inclusion in the calendar year 2027 Unified List.
Please submit completed forms by email to dfletcher@srtc.org.
